Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process:

based on mutual understanding with the customer and the condition of the returned product.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:

• The item has been used improperly
• The product is intentionally damaged after delivery
• The return request is made after the 7-day return period
